Woodlands Hit Five Past DPMM FC

DPMM FC’s season reached a new low after the S League Cup holders lost 5-2 to Woodlands Wellington FC in last night’s S League Cup semi-final dress rehearsal at the Jalan Besar Stadium in Singapore.

Joao Moreira and Rodrigo Tosi had given the visitors an early 2-0 advantage, before two goals each from the Rams’ new signing Theerawekin Seehawang and Chang Jo Yoon, and Moon Soon-Ho’s effort sandwiched in between, inflicted DPMM FC’s heaviest defeat to date and marked the first time the sultanate’s only professional club had conceded five times in a match.
