Former Gombak United star Chang Jo-Yoon has been confirmed by Woodlands Wellington Football Club after going on trial with the Rams for the past few weeks. Chang becomes the third foreign signing alongside fellow Korean Moon Soon-Ho and Japanese anchorman Atsushi Shimono.
